It’s not the first time that Romello Creed Lopez has come to the headlines due to her mother Kailyn Lowry. So, this time there’s news that Kaylin has decided to change his son Creed’s last name now. Moreover, in this light, it can be safe to say that the actress hasn’t had a good relationship with her ex Chris Lopez.
Fans know Romello Creed Lopez as the son of Kaylin Lowry, the actress from Teen Mom 2, and Chris Lopez. Born in the year 2020 on 30th July, the young celebrity has certainly become famous on Instagram. There are a lot of pictures of the little Romello that all of us have seen. However, as we said earlier, his parents aren’t on good terms at all. So, now the situation has become a bit weirder as Kaylin has decided to change his son’s last name.
So, if you wish to know more about this incident then go through this article for some riveting facts. Moreover, we shall also discuss the relationship between Kailyn and Chris and how they aren’t on good terms anymore.
The Big Decision Coming From Kailyn
So, as we said earlier, Kailyn has indeed taken a huge decision. Amidst the turbulent relationship shared with her ex Chris Lopez, the Teen Mom 2 actress has decided to change her baby’s last name. To elaborate, the actress has shared an Instagram post and there she mentioned it quite clearly with her fans. She said that they initially named the baby Creed Romello Lopez or Romello Creed Lopez. However, the little boy’s full name is now Creed Romello Lowry-Lopez.
Romello Creed Lopez : The Absent Father
For a while, Lowry has accused her ex Chris of being an absent father. So naturally, there was some problem between the two that led to differences of opinion. In fact, in this light, it’s also worth noting that Lowry had given their 3-year-old son Lux her last name only. Therefore, it’s not a surprise now that the actress has decided to give her last name to her son Romello Creed Lopez, who is now Romello Creed Lowry-Lopez.
Of course, fans had some reactions as well on the post. In the Instagram post of January, Lowry has added her surname to Creed’s name. That Instagram post contained a picture of Creed. So, fans naturally asked her if they would keep the hyphen. However, the actress didn’t respond to that question.
In a Podcast episode, the actress explained thoroughly her relationship with Chris. In fact, she doesn’t like him being an absent father. Last year the duo had a breakup and after that, the confirmation of the name came from her.
“So, this is another attempt of me trying to give him a chance to step up as a dad. Nothing I do is going to change someone else’s behavior; however, I feel this is me giving him another chance to, like, not argue about the last name and try to be there.”
